My Land
The Soil
We are in Trentino, more precisely on the eastern hill of Trento, where the maternal branch of my family comes from.
Limestone soils with a clay texture, ideal for growing vines, as well evidenced by a panoramic view of the area.
Organic farming
Natural grassing, no use of chemicals either for weed control or fertilization, and natural pesticides based on copper and sulfur.
Mostly use of green manure with legumes to help fix nitrogen in the soil and increase organic matter and fertility.
The cellar
Modern winemaking techniques to allow the wine to best express the territory it comes from, the vintage, and the varietal characteristics.
The product line consists of two still wines (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) and four traditional method sparkling wines (the cuvée and three vintage ones: rosé, blanc de blanc, and blanc de noir).
